Joy Warner has been in the fitness industry as a certified Personal Trainer and Aerobics instructor for 15 years. From childhood Joy has had a love of exercise, and training/conditioning which turned into a passion for helping others become the healthiest versions of themselves. After becoming a mom, Joy realized the importance of educating her boys to eat well and stay active as well as what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. In 2015 Joy underwent a devastating spine surgery that brought her to a place of completely starting over in fitness… it was through that journey that she truly learned GRIT: perseverance, tenacity and the strength to get back to where she is today. Now more than ever she is passionate about helping families develop their own GRIT when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle by committing to the process, so that they too can come out stronger and live the healthiest life possible.
Tim Warner has a very successful background in coaching, from football to track and basketball for 15 years, as well as a being a football collegiate athlete himself. He has always had a love for working out and staying fit, and now as a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, he is combining those years of coaching experience and his love of fitness through working with kids to get them active and fit. Holding a masters degree in education, Tim knows how to motivate, inspire and encourage children. His main goal through the kid’s classes, is to instill confidence, character and the GRIT that they will need to carry them through the rest of their lives.
